Exchange Policy

Strictly No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds.

Exchange Guidelines

  • Exchanges are available only for orders within Canada and must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • No exchanges are available for international orders.

Customized Orders

  • All our abayas are custom-made to your measurements and preferences.
    1. If the abaya is too loose, we can alter it (make it smaller) for $10, including delivery.
    2. If the abaya is too small, a new piece will be made, and stitching charges of $10, including delivery, will apply.
    3. If you’re dissatisfied with the fabric, a new abaya can be made with the same stitching and delivery charges as above.
  • Note: Charges may vary for Eid and handwork abayas depending on the design.

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Exchanges are not available during sales, promotions, or for under abayas, travel wear, and ready-to-wear items.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be exchanged. Sale and ready-to-wear items are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when exchanging items.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the address provided.

Defective or Damaged Items

We will replace items that arrive defective or damaged free of charge.
